TEACHING EXPERIENCE

• Regional coordinator and trainer for RNTCP - Training program for Medical officers, Nursing staff and other health care providers in DOTS program.
• Have given my voice for audio recording on various medical topics like Hemophilia, etc for tablets distributed to MBBS students by Health Department, Govt of AP.
• Delivered several lectures to PG aspiring students at Coaching Institues.
• PG, MBBS and Nursing – delivered several lectures as a part of academic curriculum.

RESEARCH AND PUBLICATIONS

• Oral presentation – Study of the predictors of 6 month mortality in 64 patients with ESLD ( End Stage Liver Disease) at APICON 2017 – MUMBAI which was published in JAPI 2017 January edition.
• Oral Presentation - Study of Thyroid dysfunction in elderly – Clinical correlation at APICON 2016 HYDERABAD
• Poster presentation – Extra glandular Manifestations at presentation in Primary Sjogren's syndrome APICON 2017 MUMBAI
• Poster presentation – Case reports of 8 Different presentations of SLE ( Systemic Lupus Erythematosus) at APICON 2017 – MUMBAI
• RESEARCH – P.G. Thesis – "CLINICAL STUDY OF NEUROLOGICAL MANIFESTATIONS IN 100 PATIENTS PRESENTING WITH HIV".
• To study the spectrum of neurological manifestations in 100 HIV infected subjects at various levels.
• To study the correlation of neurological manifestations with CD4 count in these subjects.

ACTIVITIES & AWARDS

• Received Cash prize Rs. 10,000/- for winning the Inter medical college Quiz competition in MBBS in 2005-2006 academic year.
• SPORTS- State champion- Silver Medal –Cricket at State level – Inter-medical College Sports Meet
• Represented NTR University of Health Sciences at All India Inter University Javelin throw Tournament.
• Served as Sports Secretary for ASRAM Medical College, Eluru during the year 2005-06
• Received several awards in various sports activities.
