After having completed his undergraduate and postgraduate training , Dr.Kishore has undertaken intensive training in surgical oncology at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences,the premiere institute for Oncology. There he has learnt the art of "Organ preservation" in various solid organ cancers. After Leaving AIIMS He worked in Oncology unit in IndoAmerican Cancer Institute,Hyderabad for 6 months And in MNJ Hospital Oncology Unit for 6 months.

After having trained in Organ preservation protocols Dr. Kishore is offering organ preservation for common cancers like Larynx cancer (Voice box cancer treatment to preserve voice), Jaw bone preservation for oral cavity cancers, Rectum cancer (whereby practicing various ways of avoiding a permanent colostomy), breast cancer (to preserve natural breast), Nephron sparing surgery for Kidney cancer etc. to name a few.

Till date he has done 1500 supra major surgeries and does 3 to 4 major surgeries weekly at Queens NRI hospital He strongly believes in "Integrative oncology" which is a specialty that combines the best of evidence in all modalities in oncology to treat patients by providing a complete holistic experience. Thus his approach of integrative oncology looks at the whole patient, body, mind and spirit & strives to incorporate patient centered care through : He is passionate about teaching next generation doctors about surgical principles of general and surgical oncology procedures.
